Pictures

I have always thought it weird to get photos of myself taken. I have never really needed them… except for passports and identity cards, and these only every few years. I guess people want to know what I look like. Especially when they ‘meet’ me online.

So, at the risk of appearing narcissistic (just looked up the spelling of this word), this is what I look like.

This was taken last weekend (23rd/24th June 2007) when I attended a church camp for young adults at Port Dickson (thanks Sivin!).

…. just tried to find other photos of me, but have not succeeded. Oh well… next time!

Update 30th September 2007:

I am in Geneva at the moment. I just attended UNHCR’s Annual Consultation with NGOs. Here is a photo of me under the big chair right in front of the Palais des Nations…
